Everett Ross, Founder
Everett has spent more than 20 years in the private and public sectors as a leader across multiple industries and disciplines, including banking & finance, higher education, state & local government, mergers and acquisitions, shared services, business optimization, and strategic planning.
As Principal of Ross Consulting, Everett works with our partners to bring forward the most meaningful solutions to our partners biggest challenges - making meaningful and lasting change. Everett is passionate about state government and higher education. He has counseled leaders and supported change efforts to dramatically improve operational effectiveness and efficiency while improving quality at a wide variety of institutions: state government; colleges & universities, global philanthropic foundations; and large public higher education systems. Prior to launching Ross Consulting, Everett served as the Director of Ohio Shared Services providing back office fiscal services to all State of Ohio Agencies & employees.
Everett graduated from Ohio Dominican University and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
